DMCA Notice

Although Wayshare.cc is not a United States registered entity and does not submit to jurisdiction in the United States, Wayshare.cc wishes to protect and enforce the rights of copyright holders around the world.
Wayshare.cc accommodates and does not interfere with standard technical measures (as defined by the DMCA) used to identify and protect copyrighted works. We disable access to or remove content that we believe in good faith may infringe the copyrights of third parties, and we terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly upload such content or otherwise violate the Wayshare.cc Terms of Service.
Wayshare.cc does its best to comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of the United States, 17 U.S.C. Section 512 ("DMCA"), and its takedown provisions.
Please do not abuse the Wayshare.cc service by using it to distribute materials you do not have the legal right to share.
If you believe that content stored on Wayshare.cc infringes your copyright and was uploaded without your permission, please send us a notice that includes:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed, and of yourself as the copyright owner or as a person authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
- Identification of the infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to allow Wayshare.cc to locate it (direct Wayshare.cc file links help us find the material most quickly).
- Your contact information: full name, address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or of the person authorized to act on their behalf. Scanned and electronic signatures are accepted.
Please send this information through our Contact Us page. Once the notice is verified, the reported files are removed within 48 hours. The complaint procedure is also described in our FAQ. Please note that sending false reports may make you liable for damages.
If you believe that your file was removed by mistake, you may send us a counter-notification through the Contact Us page, including the link to the removed file, an explanation and your contact details.
Wayshare.cc does not distribute content on its own. If you believe that Wayshare.cc is being used for such purposes and the distributed materials violate your rights as a trademark holder, you may send us a notice following the procedure described above.
As a law-abiding service, Wayshare.cc permanently blocks access to the Service for users who repeatedly and persistently infringe the rights of others.
Please note: materials containing violence, child exploitation, gore, Nazi propaganda or brutality are removed immediately, without notice and without the information described above.
