All purchases (Premium plans and traffic resets) are one-time payments and are final. By completing a purchase, you agree that the Service is provided immediately after the payment is confirmed.
WHEN A REFUND IS POSSIBLE
Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are only possible if you have not started using the purchased service. If you have already used any download traffic or watched files online after the purchase, we cannot provide a refund. We do not provide partial refunds.
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

Contact Us and include your username, the email address used for the payment, the payment date and the amount. We will review your request within 48 hours. If the refund is approved, the money is usually returned to your original payment method within 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
CHARGEBACKS
If you have a problem with a payment, please contact us first, and we will do our best to resolve it. Opening a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may result in the suspension of your account.
