This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Wayshare.cc (the "Site", "we", "us") collects, how we use it and what rights you have. Together with our Terms of Service, Refund Policy and DMCA Policy it forms the agreement that governs your use of the Site. By using the Site you accept this Privacy Policy.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
  • Account data: username, e-mail address and password. Passwords are stored only in hashed form.
  • Google sign-in: if you sign in with Google, we receive your name, e-mail address and Google account identifier. We do not receive your Google password.
  • Two-factor authentication: if you enable it, we store the secret key used to verify codes from your authenticator app.
  • Payment data: payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We keep transaction records (amount, date, plan, payment method), but we never receive or store your full card details.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, country, sign-in times and active sessions, used for security and to provide the service.
  • Usage data: records of file downloads and video views, used to apply plan limits and to calculate statistics.
  • Support requests: your e-mail address, messages and any images you attach to a support ticket.
Files you upload are not reviewed by us and are not treated as personal information under this Policy. You are responsible for the content you upload and share.

  • to keep the Site secure: protect against password guessing and abuse, detect sign-ins from unusual locations and support two-factor authentication;
  • to process payments and prevent fraud;
  • to send service e-mails, such as account confirmation, password reset, security and support notifications;
  • to answer your support requests;
  • to comply with legal obligations.
Legal bases (for users in the EEA and the UK): performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interest in running a secure service, compliance with legal obligations and, where required, your consent.

3. COOKIES
We use only cookies needed for the Site to work: keeping you signed in, remembering your language and theme, storing your cookie notice choice, and security checks (captcha). We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, but signing in will not work without them.

4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
To run the Site we use trusted service providers that process data on our behalf:
  • Payment providers - to process payments;
  • Cloudflare - network security, content delivery and storage of support ticket attachments;
  • hCaptcha - protection against automated abuse;
  • Google - only if you choose to sign in with Google;
  • E-mail delivery providers - to send service e-mails.
Each provider handles data under its own privacy policy. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.

5. DATA RETENTION
  • IP address and download records are kept for up to 30 days.
  • Account data is kept while your account exists.
  • Support ticket attachments are deleted after a ticket has been closed and inactive for 60 days.
  • Transaction records are kept as long as required by accounting and tax laws.

6. DELETING YOUR ACCOUNT
You can delete your account in My Account. The account is closed immediately and your data is permanently deleted after 7 days. Accounts with an active Premium plan are deleted through our support team. Records we must keep by law (such as transactions) are retained as described above.

7. SECURITY
All connections to the Site use encryption (HTTPS). Passwords are stored in hashed form, and you can protect your account with two-factor authentication. We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Keep your password confidential and sign out on shared devices.

8. DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION
We disclose personal information only when required by law or a valid legal request, or when necessary to protect the rights and safety of our users, the Site or others, and to prevent fraud or abuse.
