Terms of Service

Wayshare.cc (hereinafter the "Site", and together with its services, "Wayshare") is a file hosting and online storage service. The Site is offered to you on the condition that you accept, without modification, the terms, conditions and notices contained herein (hereinafter the "Terms"). We comply with the Council of Europe Convention on Cybercrime. By accessing, registering, making payments, downloading and/or uploading files on Wayshare.cc, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms supersedes all previous versions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms carefully and to check them regularly for changes.

PROHIBITED CONTENT
Wayshare may, at its sole discretion, remove any material uploaded to the Site. The following content is not allowed:
  • Pornography or child pornography, sexually explicit content;
  • Promotion of escort services, dating services, illegal goods, illegal drugs and/or any terrorist activities;
  • Content that expresses hatred towards others, is defamatory or grossly offensive, expresses prejudice, contains obscene profanity, or involves violence, harassment, bullying or other objectionable behaviour;
  • Spam, pyramid schemes or gambling;
  • Instructions encouraging destructive or illegal actions against any governments, organizations or law enforcement agencies;
  • Viruses, malicious code and/or Trojan horses;
  • Content that infringes copyrights, trademarks and/or patents of Wayshare.cc or of any third party without the explicit written consent of the owner (see our DMCA page); and
  • Unsolicited electronic mail (spam) sent through the Service, or promotion of your materials stored on the Service by means of spam.

You agree not to violate any of the above provisions, or any additional provisions added by Wayshare.cc from time to time, and you agree that Wayshare.cc is not liable for any illegal or prohibited content uploaded by users. If you are found to be in violation of these rules, or of any criminal or civil law, your account may be blocked and removed from the Site, and the violation may be reported to the competent local and international authorities. We cooperate in good faith with law enforcement and may provide data upon a lawful request. If you believe any content on the Site is illegal or violates these rules, please contact us.

ALL USERS OF THE SITE
By using Wayshare.cc you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country, if it is higher), that you enter into a legally binding agreement with Wayshare, and that you accept full responsibility for any content you upload or download. We may remove any account if we believe its owner is under age or intends to use the Site for illegal purposes. Personal data provided during registration or while using the Service is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Webmasters may earn money through our affiliate program under the conditions published on the Site.
You are responsible for keeping your account information confidential, for restricting access to your devices, and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to refuse, suspend or terminate accounts, and to remove or edit content, at our sole discretion, and we will comply with any lawful order or request to disclose the identity or other information of anyone who violates these Terms. You agree that:
  • You will not imply that Wayshare or the Site endorses any services unless this has been specifically agreed with us;
  • You will not misrepresent your relationship with Wayshare.cc or present any false information about us;
  • You will not defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as privacy and publicity rights) of others;
  • You will not upload, download, store or have Wayshare host any illegal materials;
  • You will use Wayshare.cc strictly for file hosting and storage for legal purposes;
  • You will not place links to websites that you do not own or are not authorized to promote;
  • You will not upload materials that are offensive or infringe any intellectual property or other rights of any third party, including, but not limited to, moral rights, passing off, defamation, contempt of court, sub judice matters, privacy or confidentiality;
  • You grant Wayshare.cc an irrevocable, perpetual and transferable license to store, copy, process and display the content you upload, to the extent necessary to provide and improve the Service (including creating previews, thumbnails and converted versions of your files);
  • You will not distribute viruses, corrupted files or any other software that may damage computer hardware or software, and you will not carry out or assist any hacking attacks;
  • You will not use contextual advertising networks (such as Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Yandex Direct, etc.) to promote your files;
  • Wayshare is not responsible for third-party websites linked from the Site, including social networks;
  • You will not use content accessed through Wayshare.cc in any country or in any manner prohibited by applicable laws, restrictions or regulations;
  • We may freeze, fully or partially and without prior notice, any account that is used for cheating or artificially increasing downloads or earnings;
  • We may freeze, fully or partially and without prior notice, any user who creates referral accounts for themselves;
  • We may freeze, fully or partially and without prior notice, any account used to distribute split or related files (multi-volume archives, etc.) for the purpose of abusing the earnings program;
  • We may freeze, fully or partially and without prior notice, any account used to distribute files protected by a paid access code sold through third-party services;
  • We may freeze, fully or partially and without prior notice, any user who shares or resells their Premium account. A Premium account may only be used by its owner;
  • We may freeze, fully or partially and without prior notice, any user who redistributes downloaded files on other sites or services. All downloaded files are for personal use only;
  • We may freeze, fully or partially and without prior notice, any account at the discretion of the Site administration;
  • You may purchase no more than 2 paid options of the Service within a 24-hour period; and
  • You will comply with all disclaimers, release agreements and any other forms used by Wayshare.cc.


ONLINE VIDEO WATCHING
1. Full online playback is available to Premium users only. The online player supports videos in MP4 (H.264) format; videos in other formats cannot be played online. For technical reasons, some MP4 videos may also not play online, and the uploader can disable online viewing for their files. If there is no online player on the file page, please download the file and watch it on your device.
2. Users without Premium can watch short previews of videos that are available for online playback (see paragraph 1). The number of previews is limited: guests – up to 5 previews per 24 hours, registered users – up to 5 previews per 24 hours. Premium users have no preview limit. Videos shorter than 8 seconds have no preview.
3. Watching a full video online counts as a regular download. When you click "Watch online", traffic equal to the full file size is charged to your account immediately, at the moment the link is generated. During the next 24 hours you can both watch and download this file without being charged again.
4. Watch and download links are generated for your current IP address only and cannot be used from another IP address.

DOWNLOAD LIMITS
Free users can download up to 2 GB within 3 consecutive days, one file per 24 hours, with a maximum file size of 1000 MB.
Premium users can download (and watch online) up to 75 GB (76 800 MB) within 3 consecutive days, and no more than 100 files per day.
The traffic allowance renews automatically as older usage leaves the 3-day window.

PREMIUM ACCOUNT SERVICES
Users who purchase a paid Premium account receive benefits that are not available to free users. These benefits and the prices of the available plans are described on the Premium page. Wayshare.cc reserves the right to change the benefits and prices at any time without prior notice. However, we will not reduce the benefits of a Premium account during the period that has already been paid for. Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

CHILD ABUSE AND UNDERAGE CONTENT
Wayshare does not tolerate, endorse or allow child pornography or any underage content of a sexual nature. When such content is found, our support team removes it immediately and permanently blocks the account of the user who uploaded it. Accounts found guilty of uploading illegal or indecent imagery or other such content will be permanently banned from the Site and the Service and may face legal action by law enforcement agencies.
In such cases we report the content to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) through the CyberTipline at missingkids.org. We also cooperate with local and international law enforcement agencies and act as advised by them to help identify and prosecute individuals involved in the transmission or distribution of content containing or relating to child sexual abuse.
To report child sexual abuse material posted on Wayshare.cc servers, please send the file links to [email protected] for immediate investigation.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION
All communications through Wayshare.cc are governed by the Regulation of Electronic Communications and Postal Services Law of 2004 (112(I)/2004). By using Wayshare.cc you agree to receive electronic communications from us. All notices, disclosures and other communications are subject to the requirements of this law.

SPAM POLICY
We do not allow any spam, in accordance with Section 106 of the Regulation of Electronic Communications and Postal Services Law of 2004 (112(I)/2004), which deals with unsolicited communications. Wayshare.cc reserves the right to take legal action for such violations, which may result in civil fines and criminal sanctions.

NOTIFICATIONS
You agree to receive informational e-mail messages from Wayshare.cc about important events, your account, your files and the features of the Service. Wayshare.cc uses notifications only to inform you about the Service and changes concerning your account, and does not send advertising messages from third parties.
